Return & Refund Policy

Shopping online can be difficult, and we at BREELIQ understand this well. Sometimes, you need a little extra time to decide whether to keep your purchase or return it if it's not quite what you expected. That's why we provide you with a 7-day window to make your choice.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to return any unworn or unused item for a credit coupon. This coupon can be used on https://www.breeliq.com/ for up to 6 months.

- The credit will equal the full value of the returned products, minus any shipping or COD charges.

- Please ensure that the item is unworn and unused.

Is everything eligible for return?

Yes, you can return everything except items that fall into specific categories.

  • This policy extends to sale, promotional, and complimentary items, with exceptions made for products that are damaged or defective.

In the event of receiving a broken or damaged product, money will be in your wallet are the only form of recourse available.

We strongly advise against accepting deliveries with broken seals or unsealed boxes, as these items cannot be returned once accepted.

  • To verify claims of receiving a damaged, broken, or missing order, customers must provide a video of the unboxing process. Claims without this video documentation cannot be accepted.

Please note: When using Cash on Delivery, you must make the payment before opening the box at the time of delivery.

Please note that if there are any disputes or claims, our responsibility will be limited to the total amount the customer has paid. The decision made by our team will be final.

After we approve your return or replacement, please ensure the items are securely and safely packed to avoid any loss or damage during shipping.

After ensuring the items are securely packed, ship them to the warehouse address our executive provided in the email, according to your location.

Send us the tracking information via email. If the package is not received, we will request Proof of Delivery (POD).

Upon receiving your return, we will conduct a quality check to ensure it meets the condition of being unused and returned within 7 days.

Please expect the return process to take up to 12-15 business days to be finalized.

Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  2. BREELIQ does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products.In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  4. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  5. In case of any refunds approved by BREELIQ, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
